The Applicant has to apply on http://www.careers.tcs.com and attach his CV to the Online Application form. The candidate is requested to keep a print of his Online Application form for future reference in his communications with TCSL.

What is the procedure for Applying online for TCS and how does the Applicant upload his CV?

The Applicant needs to apply online at www.careers.tcs.com in the 1 Page application form. After submitting his Application Form, he will receive email notifications on his selection status in the various stages of the Selection Process.

After applying on the Recruitment Portal and uploading the CV, does the Applicant have to do anything else online?

No, once the Applicant has filled the Application form online , he needs to bring a print of the form for further correspondence with the Recruitment Team.

Will TCS provide for a PC where I can upload an Updated Resume on the portal?

Yes, however, it is advisable to upload the Resume on the Portal Beforehand so as to reduce the time taken to process each Applicant.

When and how will the hall ticket be sent to the candidate?

Few days before the recruitment is conducted candidates meeting the criteria for the recruitment will be sent a mail with username and password asking to fill a form capturing candidate's personal detail. On the successful completion of the form candidate will be provided a link, on click of which he can view and save his hall ticket.

Will a Candidate be allowed to attend the interview without hall ticket?

No.

What are the basic Eligibility Criteria?

Agreggate 60 % in Std X, XII, & Graduation/ Post Graduation (all semesters including optionals).
Agreggate CGPA equivalent to 60% - shall be reveiwed at the venue as this is Institute/ University specific

Are the gaps in education considered?

Candidates with more than 2 years gap in education shall not be allowed.

Are the Part-time and distance learning education/ degree considered?

No.

Are DOECC and other courses, which are not recognized by any University and AICTE considered?

No

Are the Candidates who join 2nd year Engineering after completing 3 years Diploma after 10th Std Eligible?

Such Candidates are eligible if the gap between completion of Diploma and joining Engineering course is not more than 2 years.

What are the documents I need to carry?

• Copy of Mark sheets of 10th ,12th , Graduation and Post graduation(all semesters/years)
• Copy of CV
• Copy of hall ticket with photo
• Photo identity proof
