Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities:

Read the alert, Validate the alert check if it qualifies for support/ action
Login to CRM & pickup validated tickets/ actions,
Understand the problem
Classify the problem based on type & severity
Troubleshoot & resolve if it is within his/her scope of support if not escalate to next level
Document the problem in the designated tool
Act as an interface between the L2 & Customer as & when required
Interact with Enterprise customers through phone, chat & mail
Generate shift reports
Submit monthly-wise trend analysis
Willingness to work in 24/7 environment.

Desired Profile
Science / Engineering graduates
Knowledge of computer hardware, O.S, Internet, browsing, basic networking
Ability to logically troubleshoot
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
MCP /MCSE/ RHCE / CCNA certification would be an added advantage
