Qualification :  First Class  in Master Degree  in  Electronics Science  / Master Degree in Electronics (2 years full time)  with  specialisation  in  Electronics  Science / Electronics [ (M.Sc. ( Electronics Science )     / M.Sc.(Electronics) ]   from a Reputed/ Recognised  University and should have passed matriculation or any higher examination with Hindi as the medium (OR) should have taken Hindi as an elective subject in the examination equivalent  to or higher than degree examination.

Age :  Max. 26 years.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 10,600/- in the pay scale  Rs. 8,600- 250-14,600/- (pay scale under revision from  01.01.2007)

General  requirements:

Interest in Technical writing, preparation of manuals and related activities.
Knowledge of principles of operation of Radars, Communication systems, digital systems etc.,
Knowledge of Functional level electronic circuitry.
Knowledge  & ability to write descriptions for operation and functioning of electronic equipment.
Knowledge  & use of computers and peripherals like scanners, laser printers  required for generation of electronic files, with ability to use various word processor application packages like MS Word,  Page Maker  etc., 
Ability, initiative  and drive required for follow-up with various internal and external agencies  for interaction required for preparation of technical manuals  and product leaflets & brochures.
Ability to communicate fluently – oral & writing skills in English & Hindi.
Ability  to  prepare Technical documentation in English & Hindi.

Job Specifications :

Should follow up  with  Development Engineers for publication compilation and generation.
Should follow up  vetting agencies during vetting.
Should revise the draft with respect to vetting comments.
Should launch for bulk printing.
Should carry out the work of soft file management, storing  and retrieving input and output  soft files.
Should attend to customer  inspection remarks and get books cleared for delivery.
Should  interact with : Subordinates;  peers and superiors ;   with  Development   Engineers  on-site and Off-site; with vetting agencies on-site and off-site; and with inspection agencies.In addition to the Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, HRA, CCA, Conveyance Reimbursement, LTA, Professional Development Allowance, Reimbursement of Medical Expenses, P.F., Gratuity etc., will be part of the remuneration package.  In addition,   the executive will be eligible for vehicle loan at subsidized rate of interest, interest free Annual Advance, Interest Subsidy on Housing Loan and Group Insurance as per Company’s Rules.
