How can we bring Tech Fantasy to our customers and consumers? At R&D that is our primary challenge and motivation today. Inspired by trends and the consumers' latent desires, we are proactively re-fashioning our R&D outlook to deliver consumer sensitivity in our product design and development. We have a unified Research & Development Division to build functional expertise and enable product development.

We have a unified Research & Development Division to build functional expertise and enable product development. This unified team focuses on developing and enhancing functional skills through research. Coupled with a cross-functional project management process, this enables superior product development. A 44 -member team activates the WeP's R&D centre. We have expertise in the areas of ASIC design, FPGA, language, firmware, device driver development, power electronics, mechanical modeling and prototype development. The R&D centre practices best quality approaches like FMEA/DCAM and CFT for product design.

Working closely with the consumer support team, the R&D centre receives consumer feedback and suggestions for product renovation and innovation. In addition, the centre actively captures the consumer's unique requirements for specific applications and customized product delivery. Such customized products for specific applications would be the railway ticket printer, air ticket printer and ACDC printer for defense, among others. The enhanced capabilities in R&D have enabled us to successfully develop proprietary design platforms for printers, printer heads and UPS. It also helps us create suitable product testing and evaluation processes and reliability engineering models for printers. At WeP, the consumer in her evolving society stimulates product development focus.
